How to use

1. Roll Center onto palms and breathe in aromas.
2. Mist Alive in your space as an aura spray or on fresh sheets. Shake well.
3. Take 4 drops of Warm Hug 4x per day under the tongue until the bottle is complete.

Center Roller:
Vitis vinifera (grapeseed oil), lavandula angustifolia (lavender *), zingiber officinale (ginger *), pogostemon cablin (patchouli*), foeniculum vulgare (sweet fennel *), cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon bark *), chamaemelum nobile (chamomile *) *organic.

Alive Mist:
Natural mineral water, citrus paradisii (grapefruit *), citrus sinensis (sweet orange *), ocimum sanctum (tulsi *), rosmarinus officinalis verbenoniferum ( rosemary *), eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus*), flower essence of mimulus guttatus (mimulus *), clematis vitalba (clematis*), lonicera caprifolium (honeysuckle *), rosa canina (wild rose *), populus tremula (aspen *), high grade alcohol * (natural preservative) *organic.

Warm Hug Remedy:
Natural mineral water (80,67%), brandy bio 40% vol or vegetable glycerin (16,67%), flower essences (2,67%).
